So....more bad news
Well, I have already posted a new blog today but things change quickly in this crazy world we live in. There are now 2 things I am certain of.
1: NEVER procrastinate.
2. NEVER count on something too much.
I hired an attorney to take over my medical claim with the school district. Everything is going well, I picked up the MRI disc, the radiologist's report and diagnosis, research all I can on this new "arthritis" in my back, just to find out their is nothing my attorney can do for me. Simply put, you have 180 days to file a Tort Claim (to sue) a Government agency. End of story. This is I guess public record and I had never heard nor needed to know anything about a law suit before in my 29 yrs. My attorney was going to sue the School District for negligence of the school bus driver. However, 180 days was up for me Sept. 3rd. And today is Sept. 22. So the advice was from my attorney "sorry, bad luck for you. Let this be a learning lesson for you". Isn't that just lovely I thought to myself.
Point being, never procrastinate or it could cost you dearly and secondly, never count your chicks before they hatch.
